How to acquire a plan

You can purchase an MFC plan from our official website or directly from the app.

FROM OUR WEBSITE

  1. Enter www.myfamilycinema.com and click on “Buy Plan”.
  2. You will be redirected to our members’ site. Select the plan you like the most.
  3. Log in to your account on My Family Cinema. If you don’t have one, you can create it there.
  4. Choose the currency of your preference. If you have a discount code, that’s the moment to apply it to the purchase.

  1. Fill in the requested info.
  2. Click on “Buy now” to finish.

Your billing information will be displayed on the screen once the processing of the payment is completed. You will be able to see the status of your purchase on the page, as well as in a confirmation email. To activate your plan, you only need to log in with the same email or phone number and password used for buying the plan.

Plans bought on our members’ site are activated automatically once the payment is successfully processed, with no need to enter a recharge code. 

You should note that debit and credit card payments are processed immediately, while payment slips, bank transfers, and other payment methods may take up to 72 hours to be processed. If your payment hasn’t been processed after 4 business days, contact us.

FROM YOUR CELL PHONE OR TABLET

1. Open the app and go to your profile.
2. Select the plan you like best to access the official
3. MFC website.
4. Choose your preferred currency.
5. Complete the requested information.
6. Click on “Buy now” to finish.

Your billing information will be shown on the screen when the payment process is complete. You can see the status of your purchase on the page, in addition to receiving a confirmation email. The new validity period will be automatically added to your account.

FROM YOUR TV

1. Open the app and go to “Renovation”.
2. Scan the QR code of the plan you like best.
3. Choose your preferred currency.
4. Complete the requested information.
5. Click on “Buy now” to finish.

Your billing information will be shown on the screen when the payment process is complete. You can see the status of your purchase on the page, in addition to receiving a confirmation email. The new validity period will be automatically added to your account.

How to know a plan is active

Plans purchased on our official website do not require a recharge code, they are automatically activated once the payment has been processed. Debit and credit card payments go through on the spot, while payment slips, bank transfers and other payment methods may take some days to process. If your payment has not been processed after 4 working days, contact us.

If you purchased the plan from a reseller, he or she should provide you with a recharge code to add to the app. To learn more about how to use it, visit the following help page. If your plan is still not active after entering the code, you should contact the reseller directly.
