Upgrade Policy

Plan upgrades are carried out on our website or app and you will be able to enjoy the new service immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.

1. The Monthly plan can be upgraded to the Basic, Duo or Family plan.

If you upgrade to Basic, Duo or Family, the remaining valid days of your current Monthly plan will be added to your new plan. That is to say, the duration of the new valid service period will be 365 days from the payment date plus the remaining days left of your current service.

2. The Basic plan can be upgraded to the Duo or Family plan.

If you upgrade to Duo or Family, the remaining valid days of your current Basic plan will be added to your new plan. That is to say, the duration of the new valid service period will be 365 days from the payment date plus the remaining days left of your current service.

3. The Duo plan can be upgraded to the Family plan.

If you upgrade to Family, the remaining valid days of your current Duo plan will be added to your new plan. That is to say, the duration of the new valid service period will be 365 from the payment date plus the remaining days left of your current service.

4. The Family plan cannot be upgraded for it is the most advanced plan we offer so far.

5. Downgrading your plan is not possible during a valid service period.

6. If you purchased your plan from one of our official channels (website or app), you will be able to renew or upgrade your current plan any time. However, if the MFC APP was pre-installed in your device, that is, you did not download it from our website, you will be able to renew or upgrade your current plan 30 days before the service expires.
