A specific content is not connected

MFC is not responsible for content uploading, nor for checking its availability. Users synchronize their personal clouds and the platform organizes its content automatically. If a movie or series appears as “Not connected”, that means that none of our users uploaded to the cloud the file corresponding to that title.

 

As soon as one of our users uploads the content to the cloud, you will have immediate access to it. Unfortunately, as it is not up to us, it is impossible to estimate when it will be. If all the content appears as “Not connected”, it means that you have not successfully imported your cloud into the application. Click here for more information on how to add your cloud.
