How to change payment methods

If you currently have a monthly MFC plan and want to pay with a different credit card, first you need to cancel your automatic renewal subscription and, after your current plan has expired, purchase a new plan with the alternative payment method.

  3. Under the description of your current plan, you will find the option to cancel your subscription

  2. Access “Online payment”
  3. Click on the “☰” icon
  4. Go to “Profile”
  5. Under the description of your current plan, you will find the option to cancel your subscription
FROM YOUR TV BOX
  1. Access “Subscription”
  2. Go to “Orders”
  3. Scan the QR with your smartphone
  4. Under the description of your current plan, you will find the option to cancel your subscription
