The app closes unexpectedly

We have identified that some TV Box devices from the MXQ brand are experiencing performance issues that affect the use of My Family Cinema and other apps, causing the app to close unexpectedly.

The producer of these devices released an update that significantly decreased the performance of all apps.
To help fix the problem, we suggest the following steps:

1. Temporarily stop the NetService

2. Bind your email address or phone number to avoid losing access to your MFC account.
*To link your email address or phone number, simply open the app, click on “Link account,” and then click “Edit”.
3.  Reset the MXQ box to factory settings.
4. Contact the device producer to report the error.

This may improve the app’s performance and prevent unexpected closures.

Remember, it’s very important to link your email/phone number before resetting the device to factory settings.
