How to bind an account
If you acquired an MFC account card or a TV box with an associated MFC plan, you can bind that account to your email address (suggested) or phone number 30 days prior to the expiry date. Simply go to “My Account” on your TV box or “Profile” on your smartphone and click on “Bind account”. Click here for more information on how to create an account.
After binding your account, all your personal information will be automatically transferred to your email or phone account, including your favorites, history and remaining valid days. We highly recommend you bind your account in order to secure your information and to access it from any Android device. Bear in mind that your user ID will change after the process is finished.
