How to create an account

You can create an MFC account from our official website or directly from the app with your email address (suggested) or with your phone number. Bear in mind that messages may arrive at your spam folder.

ON OUR WEBSITE

  1. Access www.myfamilycinema.com and click on “Log in”.
  2. Press the button “Create an Account”.
  3. Select type of account: email or phone.
  4. Enter your personal information.
  5. Click on “Send Code”. You will receive it via email or SMS. Check both your inbox and spam folder, if that’s the case.
  6. Copy the 4-digit code and finish with “Submit”.

ON YOUR SMARTPHONE

  1. Download the app from our website.
  2. Press the button “Create an Account”.
  3. Select type of account: email or phone.
