The new detective has to work with a local police officer, who was once considered the culprit, and try to find out the truth behind those crimes. One thing he knows for sure, everyone that lives in this town is a suspect.

Meanwhile, a scientist states that his research can uncover the psychopathic gene in the womb, leading to the psychological discussion of whether a killer is born or created.

Will Jong Woo survive and find out who the murderer is?
