Megalopolis is set in a devastated New York, where a visionary architect seeks to rebuild the city but faces strong opposition from the mayor. At the same time, a woman is torn between her loyalty to her father, a man of traditional values, and her lover, a progressive with a futuristic vision.

Coppola’s latest work will hit theaters on September 27. As for its release on streaming platforms, neither a date nor a distributor has been confirmed yet.
