4. El irlandés (Martin Scorsese, 2019)
Título original: The Irishman

Título original: Marriage Story
Escrita y dirigida por Noah Baumbach, Historia de un matrimonio nos introduce a la íntima y complicada relación de una pareja en medio de su divorcio. La película cuenta con una poderosa historia y las actuaciones más memorables del año, tanto de sus protagonistas como de los personajes secundarios.

2. El faro (Robert Eggers, 2019)
Título original: The Lighthouse
Luego de su debut como director en la aclamada película La bruja (2015), Robert Eggers sigue expandiendo los límites del género de terror con El faro. Protagonizada por Robert Pattinson y Willem Dafoe, la película narra la historia de dos fareros que poco a poco pierden la cordura debido a su aislamiento.
