How to report an error

As of version 2.1 for TV box and 1.6 for mobile, users will be able to report any issue they may find regarding videos or subtitles.

 

On your TV box

 

When in playing mode, pause the video to show a bottom menu and click on “Report issue”.

 

 

Choose between “Playback issue” and “Subtitle issue” and select the option that best describes your situation. If you cannot find a suitable option, you have the possibility of manually explaining the problem you are facing. Finally, click on “Submit”.

 

 

 

 

On your mobile

 

When in playing mode, tap on the screen of your smartphone and click on the “” icon.

 

 

Choose between the options “Playback” and “Subtitle” and select the option that best describes your situation. If you cannot find a suitable option, you have the possibility of manually explaining the problem you are facing. Finally, click on “Submit”.

 

 

 

Important

Regarding subtitles: The subtitling service is currently provided only for original audio source, since dubbed audio sources can be enjoyed without subtitles. Thus, if a certain video has several sources in different languages, subtitles will match the original audio source.

Regarding sources: MFC is not responsible for content uploading. It is the users who synchronize their personal clouds to the platform.
