If you want to continue enjoying the MFC service after the free-trial or your current plan has expired, you must pick a plan on the MFC member site or on the MFC APP.

 

AVAILABLE PLANS

 

  • Basic Monthly: Get this MFC service for a month at a cost of USD 3.49/month.

 

  • Basic Annual: Get this MFC service for a year at a cost of USD 29.99/year.
    Tip: If you buy the Annual plan, you save USD 1.00/month!

 

  • Standard Yearly: Get this MFC service for a year and enjoy it simultaneously in two different devices at a cost of USD 49.99/year.
    Tip: If you buy the Standard plan, you save USD 1.40/month!

 

  • Premium Yearly: Get this MFC service for a year and enjoy it simultaneously in four different devices at the cost of USD 69.99/year.
    Tip: If you buy the Premium plan, you save USD 2.04/month!

 

  • Free-trial: We offer a free 7-day trial so you can experience the MFC service. Once it expires, you will have to create an account and pick a plan on our website, then log in to the MFC APP with your account to continue enjoying our platform. All new users can access the free-trial benefit, which can only be used once.

 

Important notice: We reserve the right to increase our fees and change the free-trial policy at any time.

 

How to renew the service on Member Site

 

1. Log in to your account

If you already have an account, enter your e-mail address and password to log in. Otherwise, click on “Create an account”.

 

 

2. Choose a plan

Click on “Plans & Pricing” and you’ll see a list of our commercial plans.

 

 

3. Submit your order

Check that the plan selected is the one you want. If it is not, click on “Change plan”. Otherwise, proceed to choose a currency.

 

 

Depending on your currency choice, you will be led to different payment gateways:

 

PAYMENT GATEWAY ONE

If you wish to pay in BRL, ARS, CLP, COP, MXN, PEN or UYU, an internal payment detail list will be displayed automatically. Complete all the information required (payment method, name, e-mail address, card information, etc.) and click on “Buy Now” to submit your order.

 

 

PAYMENT GATEWAY TWO

a. If you wish to pay in USD or any other currency not available in the list, select the “USD” option and click on “Buy Now” to be redirected to an external payment page.

 

 

b. Once there, choose the currency you prefer, complete all the information required (country, city, phone number, ZIP code, address, etc) and choose a payment method (credit card or PayPal). Then, click on “Buy Now” to proceed.

 

 

c. Check your payment information, and click on “Buy Now” to submit your order.

 

 

After submitting your order, your billing information will be shown on the screen. Please, remember your order ID for after-sale services.

Attention: If you use fake information, the payment won’t get through.

 

 

 

How to renew the service with QR code

 

In your TV box, click on “” in the bottom bar to access the Payment and Recharge section. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and use your mobile to scan the QR code.

 

 

If you’re an iPhone user, scan the code directly from the MFC APP with the built-in QR reader. If you’re an Android user, download any QR reader and then scan the code.

 

 

 

Depending on your currency choice, you will be redirected to different payment gateways (the ones described under Member Site). Complete your payment information and submit the order.

 

 

 

 

How to renew the service with recharge code

 

*In your TV box

Go to “My Account” and click on “Recharge”.

 

 

 

Or either click on “” in the bottom bar to access the Payment and Recharge section and then on the button “Use recharge code”.

 

 

Enter the 16-digit recharge code and click on the “Recharge” button.

 

 

If you have entered a valid code, the information of your new plan and the expiry date will be shown on screen.

 

 

If the code you entered is incorrect or if it belongs to a lower category plan, the following messages will appear on screen:

 

 

 

Once the recharge process has been successfully completed, you will be able to see the updated information of your plan in “My Account”.

 

 

 

*In your mobile

Go to “Profile” and select “Payment & Recharge”. Then, click on “Recharge code”.

 

 

Enter the 16-digit recharge code and click on the “Recharge” button. If you have entered a valid code, the information of your new plan and the expiry date will be shown on screen.

 

 

If the code you entered is incorrect or if it belongs to a lower category plan, the following messages will appear on screen:

 

 

Once the recharge has been successfully completed, you will be able to see the updated information of your plan in “Profile”.
