How to activate MFC

There are two ways to activate MFC:

 

1. For pre-installed MFC on TV boxes

Once you purchase a TV box from MFC Partners with the MFC APP already installed, you can use the MFC service until your free-trial period expires.

After that, either on our member site or in the APP, you need to create an account and purchase a plan of your choice to continue enjoying the service. Use the same e-mail and password you registered to log in to the MFC APP.

Your service will be activated automatically.

 

2. For MFC APP downloads

To download and install the APP, access our website or go to Google Play Store* and search for “My Family Cinema”. Then, go to our member site or simply open the APP to create an account. You will receive a link in your e-mail to confirm your registration. Once you have done it, purchase a plan of your choice. Use the same e-mail and password you registered to log in to the MFC APP.

Your service will be activated automatically.

 

Tip: If you install the MFC APP in a new device for the first time, you will get a 7-day free-trial.

 

*The MFC APP is now available in Google Play worldwide with some exceptions. If it is not yet available in your country, please access our website to download and install the app. We are working towards greater accessibility across the globe.
