The iconic horror franchise Final Destination returns with its sixth installment, Final Destination: Bloodlines, hitting theaters on May 16, 2025.

Fourteen years after the last film, this new release promises to revive the suspense and inventive deaths that define the saga.

SYnopsis

The story follows Stefani, a college student plagued by recurring nightmares about a tragic event from the 1960s. As she investigates, she learns that her grandmother Iris had a similar premonition and managed to cheat death 50 years ago. Now, Stefani must confront the same fate and find a way to break the cycle before it’s too late.

Fun Facts

The film includes a tribute to the iconic log truck scene from Final Destination 2. As part of its marketing campaign, trucks carrying fake logs were placed on highways, tapping into the trauma many fans associate with that unforgettable moment.  The production also set a record by featuring Yvette Ferguson, a 71-year-old stuntwoman, who performed a full-body burn scene, which made her the oldest person ever to execute this stunt on screen.
