How to change audio and resolution settings

By clicking on “Sources” to change the audio of your content, you can see which one is the original audio. If you choose the original audio option, the original audio of all content will be always played, regardless of your default app language. If you choose one of the languages on the list, for example English, only the audio in English will be played (if it is available).

ON YOUR SMARTPHONE OR TABLET

There are two possible ways:

  • If you want to change the default audio and resolution, go to “Profile” >“Settings”. This action will apply to the whole of your content.
  • If you want to change the audio or resolution of a specific content, click on the both way arrow icon under the play button. This action will only apply to what you are currently watching.

ON YOUR TV BOX

There are two possible ways:

  •  If you want to change the default audio and resolution, go to “Settings”>“Playback”. This action will apply to the whole of your content.

 

  • If you want to change the audio or resolution of a specific content, click on the both way arrow icon next to “PLAY” or, while in playing mode, click down on your remote control and access “Resources”. This action will only apply to what you are currently watching.
